The International Archives Congress – ICA Barcelona 2025 offers all participants an official mobile application, designed as a key tool to plan and enhance their experience throughout the event.

The app features an intuitive, multilingual interface available in the four official languages of the Congress (English, Catalan, Spanish and French), bringing together all essential information in one place:

  • Personalised agenda creation, highlighting sessions of interest.
  • Real-time notifications and updates.
  • Speaker profiles and detailed session information.
  • Sponsor details and the exhibition area map.

This tool enables attendees to enjoy a more organised, interactive and tailored experience during the event.

Once installed, select the ICA BARCELONA 2025 conference from the list. Your registration credentials will only be required to access “My Profile” (where you can view your QR code) and the “Networking” section, where you can chat with other participants.
