All participants of the International Archives Congress – ICA Barcelona 2025, held from 27 to 30 October at the Barcelona International Convention Centre (CCIB), will receive their official certificate by email during the month of December.
The certificates will be personalized with the recipient’s full name and sent in high-quality PDF format, ready to download and print if desired.
Types of certificates to be issued:
- Certificate of Attendance: For all participants who attended the congress in person.
- Certificate for Speakers and Panelists: Exclusive to those who presented a paper or communication. It includes the title of the presentation, the session title, and the date.
- Certificate for Chairs: For those who acted as session chairs. It includes the title of the chaired session and the date.
- Volunteer Certificate: A special recognition for the volunteer team that made the congress possible.
When and how will you receive them?
- Certificates will be sent throughout December 2025 to the email address used during the Congress registration.
