The tender for the technical organisation and production services of the International Congress of Archives 2025 has been initiated.
The event will be held from 25 to 30 October 2025 at the International Convention Centre of Barcelona (CCIB), under the title “Knowing Pasts, Creating Futures” and will be structured in different areas. A number of participants are expected to attend between 1,500 and 2,500 people.
The technical organisation services must include the organisation, coordination and management of all aspects derived from the preparation, development and closing of the congress, as well as carrying out all the tasks related to the communication, dissemination and promotion of the Congress.
This action, with a budget of 2,100,000.00 euros, will be an opportunity to discover Barcelona and Catalonia in the field of archival and documentary management at an international level.
The deadline for submitting offers will remain open until August 8, 2024.
